Flemming Skov Steenvinkel: Delivering Excellence 

Hired in 2018 as a Consultant Delivery Manager, Flemming has been working to shape the landscape of engineering consultancy in Denmark. 

With a background in office administration from business school, Flemming's entry into Etteplan was marked by the acquisition of his former workplace, Tekpartner A/S. As the company transitioned, so did Flemming, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to the consultancy area of Etteplan. His role as a Consultant Delivery Manager involves connecting talent with external companies, ensuring the right fit for each project, and maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. 

Flemming's dedication to his role is evident in his approach to every task. Whether it's identifying the perfect candidate for a project or collaborating with his team to deliver exceptional results, Flemming's passion for excellence shines through. His commitment to understanding clients' needs and his drive to find innovative solutions have been instrumental in Etteplan Denmark's continued success. 

Working in a small yet dynamic team, Flemming thrives on collaboration and communication. A dedicated sports enthusiast and outdoorsy type, he often spends his free time hunting, which is why his beloved dog, Baloo, is a constant companion, especially during his time at the home office. With plans to run a half marathon next year, Flemming's commitment to personal development mirrors Etteplan's ethos of continuous improvement and growth.
