Etteplan and Bosch Rexroth deepen their partnership in industrial automation by signing a special partnership agreement related to ctrlX OS software technology
Technology service company Etteplan and automation technology provider Bosch Rexroth have signed a special partnership agreement (ctrlX OS Promotion Partner Agreement) related to Bosch Rexroth's ctrlX OS software technology. This special partnership agreement is the first of its kind in Bosch Rexroth's ctrlX World ecosystem. ctrlX OS is Bosch Rexroth's advanced, Linux-based software technology developed to meet the security requirements of automation and the needs of the industry, eliminating traditional boundaries between automation, information technology (IT), and operational technology (OT).
Etteplan and Bosch Rexroth have been collaborating for several years in the field of ctrlX OS software technology, and the companies have several joint customers in Finland and Central Europe.
Etteplan offers software services based on the ctrlX OS software platform to its customers. This includes system development and integration for automation components such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, and Cloud. Additionally, Etteplan develops HMI solutions, including UI/UX design. Industrial cyber security and consulting are also an integral part of all automation solutions provided by Etteplan.
