Etteplan Sweden AB announces key leadership appointments: Mikael Vatn named Chairman of the Board and Matts Eriksson appointed Managing Director, effective February 29[th].

Mikael Vatn, the current Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Etteplan Sweden, will be appointed Chairman of the Board for Etteplan Sweden AB starting February 29. Mikael has held the position as Managing Director since his start at Etteplan in 2011. Etteplan has since 2019 an operative matrix organization with three global service areas, whereof Mikael is heading the Technical Communication Solutions as Senior Vice President, and will continue to hold this position.

Matts Eriksson, currently Vice President for the service area Engineering Solutions in Sweden, will be appointed Managing Director of Etteplan Sweden AB effective February 29. Matts will also maintain his current position as Vice President within the matrix organization. 

These changes highlight Etteplan’s strategic intent to strengthen its position in the Swedish market. With Mikael’s commitments primarily outside Sweden, due to his role as Senior Vice President of Technical Communication Solutions, and Matts’s sole focus within the country, the realignment aims to better navigate local market dynamics and seize opportunities for sustained growth and success.
