Etteplan continues its expansion northwards and establishes a new office in Skellefteå, Sweden

The Technology Service company Etteplan is expanding operations in northern Sweden and establishing a new office in Skellefteå. The new location enables the company to support and be part of the industry that is emerging in northern Sweden and to strengthen its presence near customers. Petra Toffia, Department Manager, will lead the business in Skellefteå.

Etteplan is an international Technology Service company specializing in software and embedded solutions, engineering solutions and technical documentation solutions. Today the company has 21 offices in 18 cities around Sweden with approximately 750 employees. Globally, Etteplan has over 4, 000 employees and operations in 8 countries. The company supports its customers in the industrial transformation through digitalization, among others, in an effort to grow and develop together with them.

The expansion towards northern Sweden enables Etteplan to invest in a region with an emerging industry. The company has decided to establish a new office in Skellefteå in order to be close to its existing and potential customers and thus to further increase customer value. By getting closer to customers’ operations, Etteplan can create even better solutions for its customers, help them strengthen their business and deliver on customer needs.

Initially Etteplan will expand its Technical Documentation Solutions service area and in connection with the establishment in Skellefteå has recruited Petra Toffia as Department Manager. She most recently comes from another company where she held the role of Team Lead for Technical Information.

Etteplan has key people in place for the new establishment and will start a recruitment process to at-tract talents who wish to be involved in the expansion and want to work in some of the most advanced and interesting areas of digitalization and technology.

Earlier in August, Etteplan announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of Semcon AB, a Swedish globally operating technology consulting company. Earlier this year, Etteplan also acquired Swedish Syncore Technologies AB and invested in Swedish Ekkono Solutions AB.
