Registration of Etteplan Oyj’s new shares with the trade register and into book-entry system
Etteplan Oyj’s 117, 485 new shares subscribed in the directed share issue have been registered with the Trade Register on April 19, 2022 and will be entered into the book-entry system kept by Euroclear Finland Ltd without delay, at the latest on May 2, 2022.
The Directed Share Issue is related to the acquisition of Syncore Technologies Ab. The Stock Exchange Release concerning the acquisition and the key terms and conditions of thereto related directed share issue was published on February 2, 2022.
Following the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in Etteplan Oyj is 25, 200, 793.
The trading with the new shares is possible only after three years when the lock-up period is no longer valid.
