Etteplan and SICK join forces to provide vision technology solutions to industrial customers.

Etteplan and SICK have announced a collaborative partnership. The goal is to strengthen both company’s businesses, add value to our customers and strengthen and contribute to the development of innovative, secure and high-quality vision technology solutions.  

Vision technology enables computers and systems to derive meaningful information from digital images, videos and other visual inputs — and take actions or make recommendations based on that information. Vision technology solutions together with artificial intelligence (AI) are used in many industries to accelerate processes of automation and logistics.

In the cooperation, Etteplan will act as a system integrator for solutions based on products from SICK and support SICK’s customers with expertise and know-how. SICK and Etteplan will jointly develop new vision technology solutions and applications for existing and new customers.
