ROBERT BERG APPOINTED AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR SOLUTIONS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UNIT OF ETTEPLAN
M.Sc. EE Robert Berg (43) has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Solutions and Business Development to Etteplan Group and a member of Etteplan Oyj’s management group as of August 1, 2012. Berg will report to President and CEO Juha Näkki.
Robert Berg comes to Etteplan from Laird Technologies where he has held a position of Vice President, Accounts & Business Development. Berg has been responsible for a global sales organization of Laird Technologies as well as engineering and business development for Laird’s products to the telecom and IT industry. Berg has wide experience of international business operations and especially of markets for Asian countries.
Etteplan’s target is to improve the competitiveness of its’ customers’ operations by developing innovative service products and solutions and by offering technical engineering design and technical product information solutions applicable for international business environment. Etteplan’s Solutions and Business Development unit concentrates on the development of Etteplan’s service solutions and supporting customers’ global business. Etteplan’s technical product information services and company’s China operations belong to the unit.
