Etteplan has published its Remuneration Statement 2011 in Finnish and English.
The Remuneration Statement has been prepared in compliance with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2010 Recommendation 47. The statement is available on the company’s website at www.etteplan.com in section Investors and is attached in pdf format to this release.
No changes have occurred in the CEO’s compensation principles in connection with the CEO change on January 1, 2012.
