Etteplan is unifying brands in Sweden

LUTAB AB, Cool Engineering AB and Innovation Team Sweden AB, the Swedish subsidiaries of the Finnish Etteplan Oyj, start using the Etteplan brand name. Etteplan is one the largest companies in the Nordics providing industrial technology design and technical product information services. The companies’ name change supports the building of unified operations and corporate brand in Etteplan’s main market areas Sweden, Finland and China. Integrated operations will also open up new business opportunities in all Etteplan’s markets. Currently Etteplan has some 500 employees in Sweden, 1000 in Finland and 160 in China. The name change does not cause any changes to Etteplan’s clients and partners.

LUTAB, Professor Sten Luthander Ingenjörsbyrå AB, has for almost 50 years delivered specialist services in the areas Engineering Analysis and Systems Engineering and Battery Technologies to the aerospace- and defense sector. Furthermore LUTAB is an internationally acknowledged expert organization and market leader in energy storage solutions like batteries, fuel cells and ultra-capacitors. As part of the Etteplan group LUTAB has expanded into the vehicle-, consumer-, telecommunications- and medical technology industries.

Cool Engineering is a forerunner in advanced climate technologies and one of the few European companies providing complete state-of-art climate control systems for the vehicle industry. The company provides also more and more testing and analysis services for other manufacturers of high-performance engineering vehicles.

Innovation Team provides product development services primarily to equipment manufacturers in the medical industry and to companies in the energy and telecommunications industries. Innovation Team has developed many product innovations and contributed from idea generation to the finished equipment ready for production. Innovation team provides also testing and regulatory services.
