Etteplan’s China operations get a boost from new clients and services on the growing market

Etteplan’s, specialist in industrial equipment engineering and technical product information services, business and offering has been strengthened in China due to new clients and services. Etteplan’s growth In China is further accelerated by companies’ need to increase cost efficiency as well by the immense market potential of the country.
The cleantech market is growing fastest in China and there are billions of euros to be invested in the development of energy efficient products and environmentally friendly solutions. Etteplan has been involved in the development of Green Tower Kunshan, an industrial park located in Kunshan, China. Green Tower Kunshan provides in addition to the traditional infrastructure business critical expert services to get the starting operations of cleantech companies up to speed.
Lack of competent local workforce with advanced engineering skills is a big challenge for product and equipment manufacturers establishing operations in China. To meet this challenge, Etteplan has developed a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) service to help clients ease personnel shortage and accelerate technology transfer.
More and more Etteplan’s clients are taking advantage of Etteplan’s market knowledge and expertise in China. For instance, a significant part of one of Husqvarna’s, Etteplan’s client since 2000, latest project orders on mechanical engineering will be carried out by Etteplan China.
