INTERNATIONALIZATION AWARD 2007 BY THE PRESIDENT GRANTED TO ETTEPLAN

Today, February 14, Etteplan Oyj was granted the Internationalization Award 2007 by Tarja Halonen, President of the Republic of Finland. The purpose of this award is to promote the operations of Finnish companies in international settings and their ability to develop and apply new methods of operation. Important criteria in the company’s selection for the award were that Etteplan is a competitive, international, and expanding company with a huge impact on employment and well-being. Finpro, an association whose aim is to support internationalization of Finnish companies, selected the nominees for the award and proposed the award-winners to the President of the Republic. In connection with the Internationalization Award 2007, the 40-year history of the award was celebrated also. ”Internationalization process requires continues development of business operations, which for its’ part necessitates new products and operation models all the time.
