ETTEPLAN AND JOHN DEERE FORESTRY SIGNED A FRAME AGREEMENT

DokuMentori Oy of Etteplan Group and John Deere Forestry Oy have signed 
a frame agreement of transference of technical documentation business 
to DokuMentori Oy. As a part of the agreement 10 employees from the John
Deere Forestry documentation functions will transfer to DokuMentori Oy 
on 1 December 2006 as so called former employees. The agreement guarantees
the availability of documentation services cost effectively, with expert 
knowledge and flexibly to John Deere Forestry Oy.

The signed agreement follows Etteplan's strategy, according to which the 
company operates as a partner of globally operating customers providing 
them with high-quality industrial technology product information and design 
services and the customers can concentrate on the development of their own 
core businesses. The agreement will further strengthen Etteplan's position 
as one of the leading design companies in the Nordic countries.

John Deere is the world's leading manufacturer of forestry and farm equipment
and a significant supplier for earth moving and environmental machines. In 
1837 established Deere & Company operates worldwide and employs in total 
approximately 47,000 persons. John Deere Oy manufactures forestry machines 
and is domiciled in Tampere. In 2006, turnover of John Deere Forestry was 
EUR 336 million. The company employs in total approximately 820 persons of 
which 650 in Finland.

Etteplan is one of the largest companies in the Nordic Countries providing
industrial technology design and expert services. The company supplies high-
quality services for its customers for production and product development
processes. The core areas of expertise are mechanical engineering, automation
design and information technology as well as software development, electronics
design and related laboratory and approval services. In 2005, turnover of
Etteplan Group was EUR 79.4 million. The company employs close to 1 600 
persons in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Italy and China.
