ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP IN ETTEPLAN OYJ

On 19 June 2006 Etteplan Oyj received the following notification,
in accordance with the Securities Markets Act, of a change in a 
shareholding in the company:

As a consequence of new shares issued in the directed share issue 
Tapani Mönkkönen's share of ownership in Etteplan Oyj's number of 
votes and share capital has on 19 June, 2006 declined under 25 %. 
According to Securities Market Act section 2 article 9 we announce
to Financial Inspection and Etteplan Oyj the following information:

1. The name of the company in question
   Etteplan Oyj

2. Point of time when the share of ownership has been changed
   19 June, 2006

3. Exact share of the votes and share capital Tapani Mönkkönen has
   Tapani Mönkkönen possesses at the moment: the number of shares
   2.437.800 pieces, proportion of share capital 24,94 % and
   proportion of number of votes 24,94 %.

   The share capital of Etteplan Oyj consists of 9.772.930 pieces
   of shares and the shares have total number of votes 9.772.930.
