ETTEPLAN ACQUIRED THE SHARE CAPITAL OF SWEDISH TEKNIKPARTNER AB

Etteplan Oyj has today signed an agreement according to which
the company acquired the entire share capital of Swedish 
ABA TeknikPartner AB. TeknikPartner, established in 1995, 
provides product development services mainly for the Swedish 
automotive industry. The annual revenue of the company amounted
in 2005 to slightly over EUR 14 million and it employs 225 persons.
The company has three offices in Sweden, situated in Gothenburg,
Stockholm and Trollhättan.

The seller is ABA Holding AB of Sweden from whom Etteplan buys 
the entire share capital of the company. The purchase price is 
EUR 8.8 million. The transaction is made in form of cash. 
Mr. Per Saldh, the Managing Director of TeknikPartner, the 
management and the entire personnel will continue in their 
roles in the company.

ABA TeknikPartner AB's revenues in 2005 amounted to EUR 14.1 
million and the operating profit to EUR 1.1 million. During 
the past three years TeknikPartner has grown rapidly and 
profitably. The company is expected to grow further and the
profitability is expected to remain on good level also during 
2006. TeknikPartner's total assets at 31 December 2005 stood 
at EUR 7.9 million.

Mr. Heikki Hornborg, the CEO of Etteplan considers the acquisition
to be a breakthrough for Etteplan to become a significant supplier 
to both automotive and truck industry in the Nordic Countries. 
The operations of TeknikParter support Etteplan's expansion strategy
by widening the company's operations to automotive industry which is
within the industrial technology the largest sector using design 
services in Europe. As a consequence of the acquisition Etteplan 
can provide its customers within the automotive industry even wider
services especially in Sweden and Finland. The transaction also 
strengthens Etteplan's position as a significant supplier to the 
Swedish industrial technology design sector. After the transaction
the Etteplan Group employs close to 600 persons in Sweden.

For TeknikPartner being a part of design sector group opens even 
better possibility to develop and widen its own operations and to
expand its client base. The company can in the future provide its 
customers even better flexibility, wider competence and more resources.
