ETTEPLAN AND ABB OY SIGNED A CO-OPERATION AGREEMENT Etteplan Oyj and ABB Oy have signed a co-operation agreement. According to the agreement Etteplan provides flexible and cost- effective design services to ABB Oy. According to the agreement 9 mechanical engineering designers from ABB Oy's Transformers unit in Vaasa will transfer to Etteplan under their current terms of employment on September 1, 2005. The agreement strengthens Etteplan's position as a provider of design services both geographically and technologically and gives good presumptions to further development of operations. Through this co-operation ABB Oy aims to improve the flexibility of its' functions by focusing more on its' core business and critical services supporting it.
