ETTEPLAN OYJ'S LISTING PROSPECTUS IN CONNECTION WITH
TRANSFER ON TO MAIN LIST

In accordance with its stock exchange release dated 13 May 2005,
Etteplan Oyj submitted an application to the Helsinki Stock
Exchange Ltd for the transfer of the company's share now listed
on the NM list to be traded on the Main List of the Helsinki
Stock Exchange. The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority
has today, on 19 May 2005 approved Etteplan Oyj's listing
prospectus. The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority has
granted the company a special dispensation of the extent of
the listing prospectus.

Etteplan Oyj has compiled a listing prospectus in connection
with the transfer on to the Main List, which will be published
on 20 May 2005. The listing prospectus can be ordered by writing

by e-mailing to info@ette.com. The listing prospectus is also
available on the Internet at www.etteplan.fi and at OMXway, 
Fabianinkatu 14, 00130 Helsinki. The listing prospectus is
published in Finnish only.
