ETTEPLAN OYJ HAS INCREASED IT'S SHARE CAPITAL

Etteplan Oyj has increased it's share capital as a consequence of
the subscribed options in 2004 according to the Etteplan Oyj's
stock option programme I 2000 - 2005. The new shares have been
entered into Trade Register on 9 March 2005. The amount of share
capital increase is 600,00 euros and the total amount of the new
share capital after the increase is 434.845,00 euros.

In the direct share issue the total number 6.000 of new shares have
been tradable from 10 March 2005 onwards. The shares are available
for trading together with the former shares.

The number of shares emitted in the connection with the share capital
increase represent only approximately 0,1 % of the entire share
capital. The Financial Supervision Authority (FSA) has granted
Etteplan Oyj an exception order according to which the company is
not obligated to publish a registration statement.
